AyushGyaan Private Limited maintains rigorous verification standards for all Ayurvedic Doctors/Vaidyas and Herbal Product Vendors joining the platform.
1. Doctor / Vaidya Verification Requirements & Terms
- Qualifications: Must hold a BAMS, MD (Ayurveda), or recognized degree from an accredited AYUSH university or institution.
- Registration: Must possess an active registration license with the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) or a State AYUSH Medical Council.
- Independent Clinical Judgment: Doctors maintain independent clinical discretion and professional responsibility for consultations conducted with patients.
- Patient Confidentiality: Doctors agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of patient consultation records in compliance with applicable medical ethics.
- Prohibited Claims: Practitioners must not assert unverified miracle claims or prescribe substances contrary to classical standards or applicable regulatory guidelines.
2. Vendor & Marketplace Compliance Terms
- Applicable Licences: Vendors must hold valid manufacturing and marketing licenses (such as FSSAI or State AYUSH manufacturing license where applicable) for products listed on the platform.
- Ingredient Transparency: Complete ingredient listings, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and shelf-life disclosures are mandatory.
- Quality & Lab Testing: Products must conform to heavy-metal, microbiological, and pesticide limits established by pharmacopoeial standards.
- Fulfillment Integrity: Vendors agree to dispatch orders within stated timelines and cooperate with customer return and refund requests for damaged or defective items.
3. Audit, Suspension & Account Termination
AyushGyaan Private Limited reserves the right to audit, suspend, or terminate professional accounts in the event of document falsification, patient complaints, substandard product batches, or ethical breaches.
