2. Real Application Data Inventory

We only collect data that is actively utilized to provide and secure platform features. Below is an inventory of data categories processed:

a. Account Identity & Profile DataCollected upon signup or profile edit: Full name, email address, password hash, optional phone number, and location (city/state). Used solely for account management, secure session establishment, and calibration of local solar times.
b. Prakriti Constitutional ResponsesResponses to the 21-question classical assessment, calculated Vata/Pitta/Kapha percentage breakdowns, and doshic notes. Stored in your secure account record to render personalized educational insights.
c. AI Companion InteractionsWellness questions and chat prompts submitted to our AI assistant. Processed transiently for in-session guidance. Historical logs are retained only if you have granted optional History consent.
d. Food Snap & Nutritional LogsMeal photographs uploaded for visual nutritional evaluation. Processed ephemerally via vision models to extract food items and Ahara qualities (Rasa, Virya, Vipaka). Raw photos are deleted post-inference unless you explicitly save them.
e. Dinacharya Rhythms & Yoga LogsHabit check-offs, solar phase adherence, and completed yoga practice durations. Used strictly to show your mindful habit consistency over time.
f. Doctor Consultations & Marketplace OrdersAppointment booking details, communication with assigned Vaidyas, delivery shipping address, and tokenized payment identifiers. Financial transactions are processed through secure payment gateways; raw credit card or banking credentials are never collected or stored by AyushGyaan.
g. Professional Verification RecordsFor Doctor/Vaidya and Vendor applicants: Medical degree certificates, CCIM/State registration numbers, GST/FSSAI documents. Stored in private, restricted storage buckets accessible only to designated administrators during the vetting review.

3. Third-Party Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal wellness information. We work with trusted infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality agreements:

  • Supabase Inc.: Cloud database, authentication, and encrypted file storage.
  • Google Cloud / Gemini API: AI inference for text-based educational answers and visual meal understanding (operating under enterprise non-training terms).
  • Logistics Partners: Recipient delivery address and contact phone shared strictly for fulfillment of ordered botanical items.

4. Your Rights & Privacy Centre Controls

You have comprehensive control over your personal data through our Privacy Centre (/privacy-centre):

  • Right to Access & Portability: Export all personal records in a standard JSON format with a single click.
  • Right to Rectification: Update your name, email, and preferences anytime.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Revoke optional permissions (AI personalization, history tracking) instantly without penalty.
  • Right to Erasure: Permanently delete your account and associated health records by typing DELETE in the Privacy Centre.
